HBPA proudly hosted a series of industry lab visits this spring, open to all HMS postdocs, as part of our commitment to career development and exposure beyond academia. Participants had the unique opportunity to tour and engage with teams at Blueprint Medicines, Bayer Co.Lab, and Merck. These immersive visits featured facility tours, research presentations, and networking sessions with scientists and industry leaders, offering firsthand insights into the dynamic work environments and diverse career paths in biotech and pharma.
